Wi-Fi Pre-configuration is the easiest way to make sure your devices are connected successfully to your network. We'll pre-configure your Wi-Fi Name and Wi-Fi Password before we dispatch the device. Once you receive and power your MClimate product, it'll connect to the Wi-Fi automatically.

In case you choose to purchase "Wi-Fi Pre-configuration", a team member will get in touch with you for more details. 

Please, keep in mind that MClimate products can connect only to 2.4GHz networks, not to 5GHz networks. If your router is transmitting both 2.4GHz and 5GHz with the same Wi-Fi name, MClimate products will not be able to connect. You will have to reconfigure yourself or ask your service provider to split the networks in two - one Wi-Fi network for 2.4GHz e.g. "Kainz Home 2.4GHz" and "Kainz Home 5GHz".

*When choosing "Wi-Fi Pre-configuration" service, keep in mind that your product will be opened by MClimate team member before dispatch the plastic foil might be damaged or missing entirely. Nothing to worry about though - we make sure we package all our products very well.
