Home / Integration with BMSs

Protocols

Connecting LoRaWAN devices to BMS systems is fairly easy. At the site, you must have a LoRaWAN gateway with internal LoRaWAN Network Server. The BMS system can get and send the end-device's data by interfacing with the gateway through BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.
MClimate maintains an open and well-documented communication protocol for all end-devices, as well as Payload decoders and useful tools for system integrators.
